Working Title invited us to try some of their menu. As Saf and me were there, we tried two of their brunch menu, the rosti and the rice bowl.

Rosti & Eggs for the one who loves potatoes

The Rosti and Eggs at Working Title is almost heaven-sent. The Rosti, a Swedish version of an American hashbrown, is crisp on the outside but fluffy and moist inside, making your mouth experience a roller coaster ride with its varying textures. The beautifully domed rosti is served with poached eggs, greens and smoked salmon, best for the person who can never get enough of potatoes. We were fighting over the potato rosti and complimented the cook who made it. If you’re a light eater, this plate can even be shared between two people.

Super Bowl for the one who needs rice to start the day

HALALFOODHUNT_WORKINGTITLE_SUPERBOWL

A healthier alternative to your usual Sunday morning Nasi Padang, the Super Bowl is perfect for the guys who cannot seem to live without rice. The hearty meal consists of brown rice served with avocado, beech mushrooms, beetroot, chickpeas, greens, grilled chicken and a poached egg.Double the amount of protein with eggs and chicken, you’ll get all the energy you need from this one meal. You would not want to share the grilled chicken which has been marinated with rosemary and a secret blend of spices. However, the rice was quite dry so you may want to ask for some sauces from them whether chilli or some mayonnaise.

Brioche French Toast for the sweet toothed

We don’t judge your breakfast choices, we celebrate them with you even if it means you have ice cream for brunch! The brioche is fluffy and deeply buttery, making it extra crisp on the outside. Working Title’s Brioche French Toast is served with caramelised bananas, honey, nuts and of course, vanilla ice cream. And rest assured, the bananas and caramelised on site before your order is served. We didn’t have this but would really like to come back and try.

Flatbread & Eggs for the one who prefers an open sandwich

Last on the menu is their Working Title’s Flatbread and Eggs is a lighter version of the Super Bowl so if you would rather have bread than rice, this is the brunch for you. The flatbread is toasted lightly then buttered with smashed avocado, and topped with greens and sunny side ups with a side of grilled chicken and beetroot. We didn’t try this as well but super looking forward to it! Remember to flash your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card at Working Title and enjoy 10% off your total bill all day, any day.
