Celebrating its second year anniversary with flair and pizzazz, Hyde & Co is hosting the first ever halal fine dining experience in Singapore on Sunday, 6 November 2016. This is not the first time they are presenting a fine dining menu. Last year, it had not acquired a halal-certificate yet.Fellow food connoisseurs and lovers, get ready for a gastronomical evening because the menu is phenomenal!

This one-night only event will feature a 6-Course Seafood Degustation* dinner. The menu is carefully crafted by the Hyde Kitchen in collaboration with Chef Pang & Co. The dinner kicks off with the Scottish Oyster with Tabasco Jelly and Burnt Lemon and ends with the Octopus, cooked in Sambal Squid Ink with Chimichurri and Barley. Click here for the full menu!
