Hyde & Co will be closing for a week from May 8 to May 12 for renovations to unveil a new concept on May 13 called ‘Take Hyde Out’. This week of April 28 to May 7 will be the last week of operations with the current decor where customers can try crowd favourites of halal designer dishes like- Laksa Hae Bee Hiam Pasta, Truffle Crawfish Mac and Cheese and Miso Salmon.
Although the new menu will retain crowd favourites, it will introduce more familiar flavours to Singaporeans, in an unexpected way.
In an interview with owner Derrick Chew said, “Hyde & Co will be reconceptualising crowd favourites with new range of starters and mains which will still reflect the dual personality of Hyde & Co. We want to celebrate the best of Singapore flavours but with a refreshing and unexpected presentation. We are looking forward to serve good quality pizzas and pastas, which not only look pretty but taste nice, and flavours that Singaporeans are familiar with, and will love! We will also be introducing a new take out concept called Take Hyde Out where customers can come to take out their food, or to call for delivery. Our decor will reflect this youthful energy too.
“Starting from May 13 onwards, Hyde & Co will also be serving desserts like apple crumble, bread and butter pudding, moist chocolate cake, childhood waffles inspired by paddle pop and pies with an option of ice cream served along with it.
Operation hours will also change. On Sunday and Monday, Hyde & Co will be open from 11.30 am to 6 pm, while on Wednesday to Saturday, it will be opened from 11.30 am to 11pm.
