Salted egg has been the food trend of late. We’re still in love with salted egg filled croissants and brick toasts, and salted egg cornflakes. How can we ever get sick of salted egg? No matter which ethnicity or race you are, you can be sure that this ingredient is part of your cuisine.As part of the upcoming Punggol North Inter–Racial and Religious Harmony Street Parade on Sunday, 15 July 2018, Unilever Food Solutions is presenting a  food truck that will be serving delicious salted egg flavoured and infused dishes to the community as part of the celebrations. The best thing is, they’re all halal! The second best thing to us is that, the samples are FREE!The food truck will be located at Punggol Field Road, located at the bus stop in front of Blk 175A.

The food truck features four popular F&B outlets across the island, mirroring the multi-cultural makeup of Singapore- Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasion (although it looks like Western). The variety of dishes on offer is acollection of cuisines with a common unifying thread – the infusion of salted egg goodness.1. Salted Egg Roti Prata from Springleaf Prata2.
