At Every Edition of Twilight, we look for our favourite brands selling our favourite indulgences. This time around we are seeing a trend – Twilight is fast becoming the top event choice for new and budding entrepreneurs to make their debut. Here’s a round up of new names that have popped up at either this edition or last edition of Twilight!
(1) The Meat guys
The team is venturing into the halal market with their halal brand ‘The Meat Guys’ by making their debut in Twilight! They are serving up restaurant quality food take-away style to see how much love we have for this menu line up.

What I’ve got to say is that. I love this menu line up very much! Here’s a photo of their top selling Ribeye Slice that has won the affection of many. What you’re looking at is some good quality meat served with Potato Balls with laksa sauce.
(2) Turon
Turon is street snack hailing from the Philippines. It might look like your regular popiah on the outside, but on the inside, this snack is made with primarily Jackfruit and bananas. Served with different dips and toppings, pick your favourites, shock the tastebuds with an unfamiliar (but great) taste!

(3) Laundry Galley
Laundry Galley serves up handmade gelato fresh from their store in Tampines. This is their first time joining the event to reach out to more people from all over Singapore. If you live in the east, visit them at block 201E! But if you live everywhere else in Singapore – Twilight’s the place to have the taste of a honest scoops of ice cream made lovingly from scratch.

No matter the flavour – expect the taste of the ice cream to be honest and intense. If they say it’s pistachio icecream, expect the taste to be exactly like when you’re eating the nut itself!
(4) Baby Bossku
This particular pop up has our team up in giggles.

Have a go at one of the 5 different flavours! I absolutely love it when our team just burst into laughter yesterday when we took turns drinking from the baby bottle – what’s not to love about a drink that can also make you laugh! Haha!
(5) By Maiza
If I can describe By Maiza, I would say they are really honest sellers. Why? Choose their Tauhu Kebabooms with Prawn filling – They weren’t kidding with the Prawn Filling. You’ll even see the Prawn sticking out the back of the tauhu begedils. If you’re up for some chicken pot pie infused filling in your tauhu begedil, this is the place to get your lunch, dinner, and all the meal times in between!

(6) Krav Kings
Kravkings looks to be a brand that is determined to fill almost any sweet kravings that you might have – see what I did there?
Waffles, ice cream, bubble tea, you name it, they (probably) have it.

(7) Lobster Shack
I saw some chili padi atop some orange lobster meat when I walked past this one – and their photos on their instagram have me drooling!
Doesn’t that just want to make you have a go at their lobsters?
(8) Oahu Poke
We’ve seen them for the last 3 editions of Twilight and they are fast becoming a brand that the crowd is looking for. Events like these have become synonymous to unhealthy and oily food, so have Oahu Poke amongst the crowd of food at Twilight is definitely a welcome variation!
Now your healthy conscious friend doesn’t have to feel left out at Twilight. Push it a little further – ask for a keto meal. I bet they will pull something from their kitchen as well. haha.
(9) Plan B Smoothie
Plan B Smoothie should very well be your Plan A for drinks at Twilight! Just a little warning – it’s sweet! So have some water in hand to balance it out!
(10) Praffles
We saw many people walk out of Hall 401-402 this weekend with these in hand – it is a cross between Prata and Waffles, topped with savoury sauces like cheeese.

What is this new invention? I guess I’m going to have to go back again today to give this one a try!
(11) Scratch Bakery & Cafe
Scratch Bakery is a new Bakery in town! I had a taste of their chocolate mouse cake yesterday, and tasted sooo luxurious. I bet the rest are too! I’m eye-ing the lemon meringues tarts for today!
(12) Sossy
Let’s schedule our cheat days to coincide with every Twilight event shall we? Sossy is making their debut at Twilight with their unique way of serving up sausages.

look out for this booth and see if you like what they have to offer!
(13) The Petite Bakers
Le Petite Bakers are making our Hari Raya favourites to our everyday facourites! They’ve got Tapak Kuda, Red Velvet Rolls, Pushpops and jars and jars of desserts for your sweet tooth! Don’t forget to flash your friends pass here!
(14) Big Bowls Project
Another hearty filling meal option for your tummy before you go on to the desserts and snacks – these look sooo good! I’m making dinner plans with them in it.
Wow! That’s a long list to get through. Twilight happens once in about 3 months, so come down this weekend because the next one is next year!
