I didn’t even know these are from VainPout (@vainpout) when I took my first bite but when I learn that it is, it just makes sense. VainPout is one of my trusted baker and this brownie backed me up on this claim.
This brownie meets all of my requirements for the perfect brownie. It has just enough sweetness for you to eat it on its own. It’s sweet, chocolatey, slightly bitter and very very very very fudgy. It’s the kind of brownie you eat and it’s worwth every penny and every calories. Worth all the barbells I gotta do haha! It’s a tried and true 10 out of 10 brownie. 😋
When it comes to the blondies, I was expected the same intensity. But while the flavours are light, it’s still so good. The cranberry balances it out. If you’re wondering what a blondie tastes like, it’s like a brownie without the chocolate so you get a butterscotch-flavoured, thick and dense version of a brownie. The sweetness is balanced well with the cranberry tang. The best way to enjoy this blondie is with a tea of no sugar.
